    Description

    The Turcite is used on many kinds of machine's bed way to protect machine guide way and user can move the table lighter.
    Turcite is in roll package. Width can be 200, 300, 305mm, etc. Thickness can be 0.8mm, 1mm, 1.2mm,2mm, 2.5mm.
    Our price is for one piece of 0.8X305X2000mm size (0.0315"x12"x 78.74") turcite.
    Not include A, B glue. (Because international air express cost to mail liquid material is very high).
    Our conventional MAZAK lathe carriage started to have turcite since about 1985. Now on CNC lathe carriage, we all have turcite.
    This listing is for customer to know that we can supply such turcite for machine building or retrofitting use.
    Customer can choose turcite with different thickness according to the worn out condition of the machine guide way parts.

    The turcite is for repairing purpose use. Customer should cut it to the size he needs by himself. Then glue the turcite on lathe carriage. On the photos, you can see we use such turcite on cross slide of worktable of turret milling machine(Bridgeport milling machine.)
