Fireworks Fiesta paperweight is a Colin Terris design featuring an explosion of color!  The spherical shape has long cuts all around that begin at the base and culminate in a point at the top.  These give the illusion of crystal and the design inside is magnified interestingly as you turn the weight.  Colors:  the bottom has golden grown flecks with pink that rise up to cobalt blue at the top.  Around the weight circle rings of green.  If you tilt it forward, the mix of lines in the design and glass create a mod, Scottish plaid!
Fireworks Fiesta is a 1997 edition of 50 weights.  It's fully subscribed.  This is Number 8 of 50.

It's 3 1/4" tall.  It comes with a Caithness box and a printed Caithness card specifying the edition number.  We've had these for almost 20 years in our brick and mortar store, displayed in locked cabinets. It's new, not sold or returned from any other customer before you.  Retail 90.
