Caithness Scotland (Souvenir ?) Art Glass Millennium Paperweight

Description

I believe this paperweight is a souvenir of the Caithness, Scotland area from the millennium.  It is 2 ½" round and 2  ¼" high with a single flat facet that reads "Caithness Scotland".  There is a solid blue swirl  paralleling a white dotted swirl looking like a galaxy of stars.  The bottom is engraved "Millennium" with two doves holding an olive branch.  There are no scratches, cracks or chips.  (427K)
