EEPROM reader/writer for Stratasys Dimension BST SST 1200 1200ES cartdrige

Description

This EEPROM reader / writer can be used to read / write the information about material type, amount of material remaining, material manufacturing date etc. from P-400 / P-430 etc type material cartridges for Stratasys Dimension BST/SST 768 1200 1200ES 3D Printing machines. The EEPROM may be connected without having to remove it from the cartridge as shown in the pictures. The unit uses gold plated spring pins for reliable connection and includes an index pin to assure proper polarity. The index pin may be temporarily removed to accommodate cartridge EEPROM board that do not have the indexing hole. The unit is powered through it's USB connection, no external power required. Has standard USB Micro Connector. Cable not included. Cartridge not included. What you get is what you see in the first picture.
Note, this product is not made or approved by stratasys and I have no association with Stratasys. While the product could be used to modify EEPROM contents it's purpose is to allow you to see how much material you have left in a cartridge without having to load the cartridge into your printer. No software is provided with the unit but it is easily found on the internet (requires Windows OS).
