The Eterra Mini Skid Steer Stump Grinder is a powerhouse attachment tailored for tight spaces. It demands a hydraulic flow of 12-20 GPM and fits most mini skid steers, offering arborists and land clearing businesses a way to remove stumps efficiently.
Crafted from sturdy grade 50 steel, its robust housing includes a protective motor guard to shield against damage. The design minimizes chip spray, making cleanup easier for residential use.
Its 20" diameter, 1/2" thick wheel, made of high-strength alloy steel, comes with replaceable rock guards and interchangeable three-sided teeth. These guards shield teeth in rough conditions, ensuring longer tooth life. Plus, various tooth styles like Sand and Clay, Rocky and Rough, or Standard suit different soil conditions.
The drive system features a radial piston motor, highly efficient in converting hydraulic flow into horsepower, crucial for mini skid steers with lower flow rates. Unique anti-cavitation relief valves reduce potential failure points. The direct drive system, an enclosed oil bath hub, eliminates external couplers, making operation hassle-free without the need for constant monitoring or greasing.
NOTE: A case drain is required (case drains are a fairly simple installation which can be done at a local hydraulics shop or on your own if you're mechanically inclined).
