Instructions are simple if you just remember the Golden Ratio* for Cold Brew:
3 Tablespoons Coffee for each 1 cup of Water
Directions:
- Add desired coarsely ground coffee to Cold Brew Filter. Cinch and tie drawstrings.
- Place filled coffee filter in your brewing vessel.
- Add room temp water according to ratio above.
- Let brew at room temp for 12-18 hours.
- Move cold brew to refrigerator and chill for 8 hours.
- Remove filter and enjoy fresh cold brew over ice with a splash of cream.

There are numerous ways you can alter your cold brew to better fit your preferences. Here are a few tricks to try: For stronger cold brew, use a higher coffee to water ratio. For smoother cold brew, increase your grind size or try a light roast bean.
