Plate measures 3 3/16" across.  3/8" thick. 7/16" center hole dia.
One pack of 100% natural casings for homemade sausage.  Pork casings are the most popular casing used for link sausage.  Each pack will fill approx. 25 lbs of links.  Filled diameter sausage link is approx 1 1/4" - 1 1/2".
Stainless steel sausage stuffer tubes fits all electric/manual meat choppers and grinders that use the #22 size.  This tube will fit your grinder head if your round plates are 3 3/16" across.
